A rich full bodied wine that is deep crimson – red in colour. This Cabernet Merlot has a great intensity of chocolate, dark plum and violet aromas. The palate is full of lifted fruit flavours and subtle oak balanced by the extended extremely soft finish.
A wine ideally suited to beef, lamb, roast duck and cheese.
