The climate "Les Plessys"" is situated under the village of ChaintreéPouilly-Fuisse Les Plessys is a single vineyard � Climat � located in the village of Chaintre in the heart of the Pouilly-Fuisse district. It consists of old vines average 50 years of age with a Southern exposure and an altitude of 900 feet. A portion of each vineyard is aged in French oak casks producing balanced yet powerful estate white Burgundy.
