Jean Pascal is the founder of the Domaine Jean Pascal & Fils. Today Jean-Luc, his son who manages the estate, and Alexandra (Jean-Luc’s wife) is the wine maker. The Domaine, in the village of Puligny-Montrachet, is the very heart of the Cote de Beaune wine growing region of Burgundy and is made up of 14 different appellations stretching over four villages (Auxey-Duresses, Meursault, Volnay, and Pugligny-Montrachet).
