Jean Claude Poisson is a brand of French Burgundy wine that consists of high-quality selections that are bottled exclusively for them from a select group of elite boutique producers.
The wines are vinified in Stainless Steel tanks, which preserved the fruit characteristics of the wine and with only 10% aging in Oak which produces a slightly gold/silver wine with green highlights.
The bouquet has aromas of white roses, honeysuckle, lemon grass and citrus fruits. Jean Claude Poisson Bourgogne Blanc Chardonnay tastes fresh in the mouth, has good concentration with the correct levels of acidity to enhance all foods.
