About Domaine Delarche
Etienne Delarche operates a 9-hectare family estate in the towns of Pernand-Vergelesses and Aloxe-Corton. It was Marius, the grandfather, who took over his wife Jeanne’s vineyards in the 1950s. Then his son, Philippe, in 1987, gave a new boom by planting new plots and building a winery-cave complex on 3 levels. In 2016, Etienne and his brother, Thomas, wanted to expand the range of wines on offer by creating a trading company. After buying the grapes at the time of the harvest, Etienne vinifies them in the same way as the Domaine’s. The viticultural process is still plowed by horses and manually harvested, ensuring the utmost care in the grape sorting and handling.
