Our Family Tradition Continues
The Shiekman family has been in the wine and spirit industry since the repeal of prohibition in 1933. They have been pioneers in the wine import industry. Jonathan Shiekman has been in the wine and spirit industry since 1971, and continues the family tradition.
As an owner-operated wine and distilled spirits marketing company, Linwood Wine and Spirit LLC has very strong personal as well as business relationships with their distributors. These bonds have served them well. Linwood Wine and Spirit LLC enjoys a national distribution network consisting of major wholesale firms throughout the United States as well as many leading independent retailers nationally.
Linwood Wine and Spirit LLC prides itself in providing quality as well as value products to the consumer. Whether they are expensive bottles of Burgundy or Bordeaux or inexpensive varietal selections, a rigid standard of “price versus quality” is applied. Our Mission
Linwood Wine & Linwood Wine and Spirit LLC imports hand-selected wines from France, Italy, Argentina. We are based on the East Coast of the United States, with an office in Bordeaux. France. We seek out, identify and represent great and unique winemakers and their vineyards from traditionally classic established regions, as well as newly emerging fine grape vineyards.
Our Mission: quality comes first, followed by traditional family owned “personal service, professional care, and a product worthy of the most discerning buyer. Our fine wines are imported and supplied to wholesale distributors, hotels, restaurants, independent retailers, trade chains and supermarkets throughout the United States.
