JEAN PASCAL
CHASSAGNE MONTRACHET
“This Puligny-Montrachet gleams a brilliant pale gold with youthful greenish highlights, offering an enticing bouquet of crisp green apple, lemon-grass, and a distinct flinty minerality. On the palate, it reveals a graceful yet well-defined character, where subtle notes of hazelnut and a whisper of buttery croissant are supported by a vibrant, mouth-watering acidity. The wine culminates in a long, complex finish, showcasing remarkable concentration and a harmonious balance that speaks to its classic Puligny pedigree.” —winemaker
“This white is pristine, evoking lemon, apple, hazelnut and baking spice aromas and flavors. Balanced and vibrant, this persists on the long finish, building with citrus, mineral, pastry and spice notes. Drink now through 2030. 862 cases made, 280 cases imported.” —Wine Spectator
